We ship to all the states offering free shipping with a minimum order requirement. If you don't meet the requirements, a shipping fee will be charged and varies from state to state. (Check the map for the shipping fees in different states, orders below 2 items are extraordinary and do not follow those rules).

We currently use FedEx for all deliveries, subject to change. Meals are shipped weekly. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Once your order is shipped please allow 24 hours for the info to be updated.

Please be assured that your first shipment of Meals will be shipped out within 2-4 business days of purchase based on the day of the week the order was placed.
